West Telferton from the air

Buccleuch Property have bought Edinburgh’s West Telferton industrial estate for £2.5m and they promise improvements.

The property investment and development company acquired the 3.27 acre site from IPIF and it consists of 11 units totalling 29,061 sq ft.

The multi-let industrial park has easy access to the city and the Central Belt of Scotland as well as the A1 trunk road to England.

The units vary in size from 1,900 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft and Phil Eves, a company director, said: “We intend to work closely with existing tenants to improve the current environment.

“There is strong demand for this type of industrial accommodation.”
