There’s someone out there tonight who’s sleeping minus their cosy duvet. There are countless people without their mobile phones, at least one girl is missing her full make-up kit and an undercover agent must have kept the secret state documents but forgotten the wooden attaché case they were held in.
ScotRail has launched a week-long fun social media campaign, #LookBeforeYouLeave, in order to showcase lost items found on trains and in stations in the hope of reuniting them with their owners. A few of these items include:
· a plastic horse mask
· an synthetic wig that Dolly Parton would be proud of
· important items such as keys and wallets
· soft toys
· enough gloves, scarves and brollies to stock an M&S store!
ScotRail Alliance would like to remind commuters that, while they will do their best to return lost items, the duty of responsibility for items lies with their owners. If commuters ”look before they leave”, it will save them the distress caused by losing important belongings.
Anyone who thinks their lost or forgotten item may be in the Lost Property store at Queen Street Station is asked to call 0141 335 3276.
