Estate agency Coulters who have their main office in Stockbridge, raised £600 for local charity HopScotch with its Stockbridge Home Show.

The event, held at the Patriothall Gallery, brought together some of the area’s leading property and interiors businesses, including wallpaper specialists Farrow & Ball and boutique furniture retailers Catalog.

Canapes and drinks were provided by Stockbridge bistro, The Pantry and more than 60 people came to view the latest Autumn/Winter home trends as well as hear advice on buying, selling and renting from Coulters.

Mark Coulter, Chief Executive at Coulters, said: “Our first Stockbridge Home Show was an excellent opportunity to collaborate with some of the area’s best interiors and property experts under one roof. It was a huge success and we are already planning a Spring/Summer version for next year, featuring more businesses.

“The icing on the cake was to be able to raise further funds for our chosen charity, HopScotch, and our donation will help more vulnerable children enjoy a much-needed holiday.”

Roberta McKay, Manager at HopScotch, said: “For some children, a holiday is something they can only ever dream of.  Charitable donations make a huge difference and help us make that dream come true for kids with incredibly difficult lives. I’d like to say a big thanks to Coulters and everyone else involved.”
