Depression affects 1 in 5 people meaning most of us probably know someone who has been affected by depression or have experienced it ourselves. The charity supports people with depression through a range of services including a telephone information service, email support and community courses. To find out more about their work visit their two main websites www.actionondepression.org and www.lookokfeelcrap.org.
Action on Depression see the night as mutually beneficial for both the charity and the musical talent involved:-“This is an opportunity to publicise Scottish music and promote our cause by hopefully gaining significant press coverage.
So come along for a mood-busting night with a selection of music from home-grown talent!!!!”
