Chris Sheldon and Louise Pierce, both solicitors in the firm, have been awarded prizes by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in recognition of their outstanding achievements following their 2010 examinations.
Senior Solicitor Chris Sheldon has been awarded the STEP President’s Prize: (Scotland) Qualified Practitioner Student of the Year (Taxation Award) for his thesis on ‘Gifts out of Surplus Income’. STEP awards six President’s Prizes for the best essays produced by Qualified Practitioners across the UK each year.
