A 23-year-old man has been charged with various offences and an off-road bike seized by police officers in West Lothian.
On Friday 4th September 2026, officers from Livingston Community Policing Team stopped and seized the bike which was being used in the Deans area of Livingston.
A spokesperson said: “Off-road bikes being ridden illegally can pose a significant risk to pedestrians, other road users and the wider community.
“The seizure highlights our ongoing commitment to tackling the illegal and antisocial use of off-road motorcycles.
“If you have information about illegal off-road bikes being used in your area, please report it by contacting Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously.”
