Police have arrested a 27-year-old man following a fatal crash in West Lothian.
The incident happened around 12.20am on Sunday, 30 August, 2026, on Main Street Linlithgow and involved the driver of a grey Renault Clio and a pedestrian.
Emergency services attended and the 48-year-old male pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been made aware.
Officers said that their enquiries are ongoing.
