Glasgow Tigers team manager, Cami Brown, expects his side to fight for everything in a vital Cab Direct Championship clash at Oxford Cheetahs on Wednesday night.
The Allied Vehicles Tigers go to Cowley seeking a crucial first away win of the season and on the back of a disappointing slide at Berwick on Saturday.
They led Bandits by eight points but were pipped by 46-44 and Brown said: “We don’t have time to feel sorry for ourselves. It’s another meeting at Oxford and another opportunity to get more vital points on the board.
“It’s fair to say we’ve not hit the heights so far, but the boys want to get it right and get the results we need. We need to fight for everything. Simple as that.”
He added: “The boys need to up their game. We’ve shown at some times that we can be a really good side individually, but it’s getting to the point where we have to come up with strong results if we are going to make it into the top four.”
