Hibs have announced details of a new partnership with Utilita through the Leith Energy Hub.
The Utilita Energy Hub, based in the heart of Leith, offer bespoke, expert advice and account support to the local community.
As part of the agreement, Utilita Leith Energy Hub are the official sponsors of the Grassroots Football Festival at Easter Road Stadium, which began on Monday of this week.
Leith Energy Hub branding will continue to appear across the digital advertising screens at Easter Road Stadium, with various activations planned throughout the course of the event.
This new partnership will also see Utilita Leith Energy Hub become title sponsors of the Sign for Hibs initiative, whereby the Utilita Leith Hub branding will be displayed on all digital communications relating to the programme.
Paul Greig, Head of Football at the Hibernian Community Foundation, stated: “We’re delighted to have Utilita Leith Energy Hub partner with us for our Easter Road Grassroots Football Festivals.
“Their amazing support has allowed us to reach over 700 grassroots players and bring in 64 grassroots clubs from across Scotland to participate in the week-long football festival.”
Amie Benson, Utilita’s Energy Hub Operations Manager, said: “We’re delighted to be strengthening our partnership with Hibernian FC and reconnecting with supporters through the Leith Hub.
“The club’s commitment to its community mirrors our own, and we’re excited to play a role in both the Sign for Hibs programme and the Grassroots Football Festival this year.”
