The Botanist will open on Monday 7th August in St James Quarter and there are jobs available now.
The bar and restaurant will be the second Botanist in the city with a host of positions for cocktail-savvy enthusiasts this Summer.
There are a total of 50-60 positions available across both front and back of house in its new location, including a position as Duty Manager and Sous Chef. The Botanist will become a go to for Festival-goers and New Town-dwellers alike, and the team encourages individuals to bring their creativity, individuality and personal flair to each of the roles.
