The Tollhouse, a new dining experience from the team behind Edinburgh’s award-winning Dine restaurants, opens on Saturday.

The dining room on the upper level of the building which sits on the bank of the Water of Leith seats 38 guests, while the private dining room on the lower level is an intimate environment for groups of up to 10.

A wide range of wildlife can be viewed from the terrace which is for those enjoying cocktails only. Owners Paul Brennan and Michelin starred chef Stuart Muir invite you to “Sit back and enjoy a glass of bubbles as river life, well, bubbles by below”.

The Tollhouse is located at 50 Brandon Terrace, Edinburgh, EH3 5BX.
