In the last administration, Cllr Work was Convener of the Licensing Board, a position he had held since 2017, and he has served on the Licensing Board since 2007.

What are the main issues you are campaigning on?

Speeding traffic, irresponsible parking, pedestrian and cycling safety. I will continue to listen, work and campaign with local community groups on issues relevant to their areas.

What do you consider to be your or your party’s achievements or legacy during the last council session?

The regeneration of Muirhouse and Pennywell including a large proportion of affordable houses, new shopping centre, health centre, library and increased nursery provision. Also our administration built a new Queensferry High School with a larger swimming pool.

What is the thing that few people would know about you?

I have a large collection of football programmes and memorabilia going back to the late 1960s.
