Craig Cook claims being at Glasgow is helping him enjoy his speedway and he has re-joined Tigers as their No 1.

Cumbria-based Cook is the club’s fourth signing and the 32-year-old former Grand Prix star said Glasgow was a great racer’s track.

The former Edinburgh Monarchs skipper added: “You really feel at one with the bike (at Glasgow) and that’s what speedway is all about.”

Tigers’ manager Cami Brown claimed bringing Cook back was vital and said: “Since Craig came in, it has felt like the whole dynamic of the team and the club has changed. He’s been that important to us.”

Cook joins Americans Broc Nicol and Ricky Wells, and young Australian Connor Bailey, in the 2020 line-up.
