Police have sought the assistance of the public to help them trace for two teenagers who were reported missing from West Lothian.

Rhianne Foley, 17, and Jay Forsyth, 15, were last seen in Winchburgh around 1.50pm on Saturday.

Police are treating their disappearance as separate cases.

Rhianne has links to Kirkliston and Falkirk, while Jay has links to Peterhead in Aberdeenshire.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are aware of both missing persons and all lines of inquiry are being followed up, however these are two separate missing persons inquiries.”

Anyone with information on the teenagers’ whereabouts can call police on 101.
