Thomas & Adamson, the international construction and property consultancy, has made three new appointments to its senior management team.
Heather Holbrook will become Regional Director within the company’s Cost Management division. She has considerable experience working in both commercial and public sectors, and with her dedicated approach she has delivered many complex projects.
John McGuinness has become Associate Director, Building Surveying. John has been an important member of the Building Surveying team since May 2007 and he provides expert input across all facets of Building Surveying, Quality Monitoring and Project Management. He has built a reputation for providing a unique blend of practical and professional advice.
Greig Fenton becomes Associate Director, Building Surveying. Greig joined Thomas & Adamson in 2014 and has a broad range of expertise in construction projects. A dilapidations expert with extensive experience in project management, contract administration and traditional survey work, he is involved in a wide variety of projects in the retail, commercial and public sectors, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
