City surveyors DM Hall have appointed Lucy McKnight as a consultant in their Edinburgh office.

Lucy graduated in geography from the University of Glasgow, has an MSc from Urban Real Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 20101.

Previously she worked with GVA Grimley, EA Shaw and she was an Associate Director at Colliers International. There she worked on providing reports and valuations for a number of funds. Lucy was also the lead contact with some UK property funds two of which were valued at £500 million each.

Lucy said: “I am very pleased to have joined DM Hall in Edinburgh as a consultant and expect to contribute my extensive experience in property valuation to the firm’s offering to clients.

“On a personal and business level, I look forward greatly to assisting our clients with high quality guidance, backed by extensive research, expertise and experience”, she said.
