BT Sport has signed an agreement to continue as the home of SpeedwayGB for a further two years.

During 2018, BT Sport will show 33 speedway events exclusively live: eighteen SpeedwayGB fixtures, all eleven FIM Speedway GPs and all four Monster Energy FIM Speedway of Nations events.

BT Sport’s team will include Natalie Quirk and Suzi Perry presenting, Scott Nicholls as analyst, and commentators former British and Commonwealth champion Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson across BT Sport’s speedway events.

Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said: “BT Sport continues as a fantastic destination for bike lovers in the UK.”

Keith Chapman, chairman of the British Speedway Promoters’ Association, said: “The members of the BSPA are delighted to be on-board with BT and are looking forward to a fantastic season of racing.”
