The team at commercial law firm BTO has won a day’s team training with coaching expert Ros Taylor.
Ros Taylor is not a name which requires much introduction in Scotland. She is a well-known psychologist and broadcaster and she picked the team at BTO as winners of a competition.
Ros said: “The training I will deliver is designed to bring out individual working styles and establish how these styles fit together as part of the wider team.
“This is ideal for Sandra and her colleagues because they are a new team who are getting to know each other’s personalities, never mind how they work together professionally. I am really looking forward to seeing the results.”
Of the win, Sandra said: “We are delighted to be working with Ros and looking forward to a challenging and exciting team day to move the team and the company forward.”
