Adrian Harris the CEO of The Queen’s Hall is to retire at the end of this month.

Harris said: “I have had a wonderful time at The Queen’s Hall and want to thank everyone for all the support they have given me during my time as Chief Executive. I particularly want to thank the artists, bands, groups and ensembles whose performances have given me so much pleasure and the Hall’s audiences and supporters, many of whom have become good friends over the years.

“I am leaving a great staff team in place and wish them well for the future; it has been a privilege to work with them.”

Highlights of Adrian’s time at The Queen’s Hall include hosting the first three editions of the Trad Music Awards, establishing the Martyn Bennett Prize in partnership with the Trad Music Forum and presenting the opening Edinburgh production of Home by the National Theatre of Scotland .
