McEwan Fraser Legal will handle sales of Richmond Wight’s residential lodge homes at its parks at Riverview, Forres and Glendevon, Perthshire.
These lodges are offered for sale to the semi retired and the over fifties market who may choose to live in them as permanent homes, or to purchase as an investment opportunity.

By appointing McEwan Fraser Legal, an award-winning firm of solicitors and estate agents, now established in the market for six years, Richmond Wight’s buyers will benefit from the firm’s extended opening hours, up to midnight weekdays and 10pm at weekends. McEwan Fraser Legal has assigned Richmond Wight’s three Scottish parks with a state of the art call centre with dedicated staff members as a day to day point of contact for all enquiries. Digital marketing will also be used to promote Richmond’s lodges.
Richmond Wight already offers a part exchange service to buyers, and with particular expertise in this area, McEwan Fraser will help the company extend this service through its investment arm, Haddington Estates, to ensure a faster turnaround of properties taken in part exchange.

The news of the new partnership comes as Richmond Wight revealed that it is looking to acquire more parks in 2016, with two sites near Edinburgh currently being considered for purchase.

Other packages are available, such as a 42 week lettings season, yielding a guaranteed 8% return, with the remaining weeks left free to be enjoyed by the owner.
