Hot on the heels of tying up with Hoseasons, one of the biggest operators in the business for short breaks, Richmond Wight Estates, owners and operators of three Scottish residential and holiday parks, has announced that it is to work with McEwan Fraser Legal on residential property sales.

McEwan Fraser Legal will handle sales of Richmond Wight’s residential lodge homes at its parks at Riverview, Forres and Glendevon, Perthshire.

These lodges are offered for sale to the semi retired and the over fifties market who may choose to live in them as permanent homes, or to purchase as an investment opportunity.

Richmond Wight already offers a part exchange service to buyers, and with particular expertise in this area, McEwan Fraser will help the company extend this service through its investment arm, Haddington Estates, to ensure a faster turnaround of properties taken in part exchange.

The news of the new partnership comes as Richmond Wight revealed that it is looking to acquire more parks in 2016, with two sites near Edinburgh currently being considered for purchase.
