More of John Preece’s lovely photos from the Edinburgh International Book Festival….
John Preece has done a sterling job for us covering some of the photo shoots at the Book Festival in Charlotte Square.
We wonder however if Guardian Editor Alan Rusbridger and author AL Kennedy were perhaps aware of how alike they are?
This was AL Kennedy from last year…. or is it just the glasses? Do send us any other lookalikes you have seen at the Festival!
The 30th Edinburgh International Book Festival has attracted a wide array of authors. We hope to capture a selection of them, and the photographs will be added here over the next couple of weeks.
There is an area to the rear of the Press yurt where an outdoor studio is set up for this purpose, so all photos will have the same background, unless of course we snap the authors on stage or elsewhere in the garden!
The Edinburgh International Book Festival runs until 26 August 2013 in Charlotte Square.
