The Scotsman tells us that Edinburgh Airport has been voted the second best in Europe for what is always euphemistically called “customer satisfaction”. Anyone who flies out of Edinburgh Airport regularly will know that it is not always the most pleasurable travel experience, but there have been recent improvements to facilities such as seating and restaurants.
