The Great Place to Work Institute has named Link Group Ltd among the top 50 “Best Workplaces in UK 2011”. Earlier this year, Link had the honour of being named one of the “Best Workplaces in Scotland 2011”.
The scheme honours and recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding effectiveness in HR and people excellence, and is based on staff surveys and management questionnaires.
The Great Place to Work Institute analysed the data and ranked all organisations participating in the scheme based on the combined scores of the employee survey and management questionnaire.
Robbie Robertson, Link Chairman, said: “We are very proud to have been named as one of Scotland’s and the UK’s best workplaces. At Link we work hard to develop our positive organisational culture, good staff conditions and pleasant working environments – we believe this has a real impact on the quality of services our staff deliver. Receiving this recognition will ensure that we continue our commitment to best practice and staff wellbeing.”
Tom O’Byrne, Chief Executive, Great Place to Work® Institute UK said: “On behalf of everyone at Great Place to Work, I congratulate all our winners for their outstanding achievement in being ranked one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2011.
To put our winners’ achievements into context, out of the thousands of organisations around the world who take part every year in a Best Workplaces Programme, Link Group Ltd has been recognised as one of the Best. Their success is a testimony to their organisation’s leadership and the support of everyone who works there – indeed what employees think and feel about their workplace makes a significant contribution to the overall results.“
