Dynamic Earth is offering free admission for children over one weekend to mark World Tourism Day.
The science centre will allow one child to visit for free with every paying adult or concession ticket between today, Friday 25 September, and Sunday 27 September.
The promotional offer requires tickets to be purchased directly at the venue’s welcome desk and cannot be redeemed online.
The initiative aims to provide families with access to the centre’s immersive galleries and 360-degree planetarium.
A standard visit to the facility lasts between two and three hours.
Every paying adult or concession ticket, priced at £23 and £20 respectively, includes an annual pass granting unlimited return visits for 12 months.
Children entering on the free promotional ticket will not receive an annual pass, though an upgrade is available for £5 on the day of the visit.
Any additional children accompanying a party during the promotional weekend will be charged a standard rate of £15, which includes a child annual pass.
