Hibs will face Partick Thistle at Easter Road in the last 16 of this season’s Premier Sports Cup.
Hearts will face Inverness Caledonian Thistle at Tynecastle.
Both sides went into the draw seeded due to their participation in Europe.
The draw was made by former Hibs and Hearts midfielder Michael Stewart live on Premier Sports TV this afternoon following the final group stage match between St Mirren and Dunfermline Athletic in Paisley.
