- When does the tulip season start?
- Craigies Scottish Tulip Festival takes place in Spring, from mid-April to early May depending on the weather. Exact dates will be updated on our socials, website and booking system.
- Do I have to book in advance?
- Yes, to guarantee entry into this event advanced booking is required
- What happens if I’m running late for my booking?
- The time slot you have booked is your arrival time, we ask you to arrive as close to your arrival time as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate late arrivals but please be aware of last entry times which will be situated on your ticket confirmation or on our website.
- Can I come earlier than my booked time slot?
- We ask that all customers arrive as close to their booked time slot as possible.
- How does an Any Day ticket work?
- Dates & timings for our tulip festival will be announced in 2026 once we know when the tulips will be coming into bloom. Once we have published the dates, you can choose which session you would like to attend. Our team will contact bookings via email and updates can be found on our social media pages.
- Are dogs allowed?
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- Is professional photography, videography & drones permitted at the festival? (photoshoots or commercial photography)
- Drones are NOT permitted! Personal photography is encouraged and please tag us when posting online. For photoshoots & commercial photography please contact our office team to arrange

- Can I pick tulips from the fields?
- No, our tulip fields are display only. If you wish to take tulips home with you, we will have tulips for sale on site and in our farm shop
- On site Facilities:
- Is the tulip festival wheelchair & pram accessible?
- This event takes place in a large field on the farm so the paths can become uneven and/or muddy depending on the weather conditions.
- Are there toilets & baby changing facilities?
- Yes, our toilet and baby changing facilities can be found in our farm shop.
- Will there be food & drink at the event?
- Yes, there will be a range of food & drink vendors on site as well as our main café.
- Is car parking available?
- Yes, we have free parking available onsite, there is space for coaches, however this will be limited during peak times.
- Weather: Will the event be open if it rains?
- We recommend checking the forecast in advance of your booking in case wellies and waterproof jackets are needed. If the event is cancelled due to weather warnings, our team will contact you directly giving as much notice as possible.
