Last weekend, road policing officers patrolled areas of West Lothian, in response to repeated complaints of dangerous and antisocial driving.

One driver performed a dangerous manoeuvre in front of an unmarked police vehicle.

Officers established that the driver had previously been issued with an ASBO.

The vehicle was seized and the matter will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

Officers also recovered a stolen motorcycle and detected four drivers exceeding the speed limit.

A spokesperson said: “Police Scotland are committed to making our roads safer and we will continue to conduct these patrols, to deter antisocial and dangerous use of vehicles on our road network.”
