Dundee United’s appeals against the red cards shown to two of their players in the 3-0 defeat to Hearts at Tannadice on Saturday have been rejected.
Amar Farah was ejected after 24 minutes for a challenge on midfielder Marc Leonard. United were 1-0 down at that stage.
Panutche Camara received his marching orders after 75 minutes for motioning his head towards Leonard. The score was 2-0 to the Jambos and former Hearts player, David Bowman, now on the coaching staff at Dundee United, was red-carded in the same incident.
United manager Jim Goodwin (pictured by Ian Jacobs) questioned the red cards in his post-match interview.
