A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with county lines drug offences in Livingston.

Around 1.30pm on Tuesday, 27 January, 2026, officers searched a property in Barclay Way.

A quantity of cannabis and cocaine with an estimated street value of £65,000 and a five-figure sum of cash was seized.

A man was arrested and charged in connection. He was due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 28 January, 2026.

Detectives said that their enquiries are continuing.

Detective Sergeant John Irvine said: “This underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy. Taking drugs off the street is a priority for Police Scotland and we will continue to use all resources at our disposal to do this.
