Premiership pace-setters Hearts have recruited defender Jordi Altena, winger Islam Chesnokov and midfield player, Marc Leonard, plus striker Rogers Mato, but head coach, Derek McInnes, is still looking for fresh blood before the transfer window slams shut.
The former Aberdeen and Kilmarnock boss claims the Men in Maroon are finding other clubs are upping their prices because of the £10m investment by businessman, Tony Bloom, who owns English Premiership club, Brighton and Hove Albion.
Everybody things Hearts “are awash with money”, McInnes told Sky Sports. And he added: “We aren’t.”
However, if he fails to land another player then the head coach is confident that he can have a real go at winning the William Hill Premiership with the players he already has at his disposal.
