Hibs have reached an agreement with Dundee on a financial package for Josh Mulligan.
The terms of the settlement agreement will remain undisclosed.
Since his summer transfer to Easter Road, Mulligan has been a mainstay in the Hibs starting line-up and his consistent performances have also led to his first call-up to the Scotland National Team in October.
Hibs Sporting Director Malky Mackay said: “Josh is an exciting young Scottish talent and we have been pleased with his development since his arrival this summer. We look forward to seeing continued progression in his game.
“We would also like to thank Dundee for the amicable negotiations and agreed outcome.”
