Lannan, the bakery in Stockbridge set up by Darcie Maher, will host a pop up with world-renowned pastry chef and author, Philip Khoury, to coincide with the release of his second book, Beyond Baking.
There will be plant-based bakes from Beyond Baking available on the day, including:
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Anzac Cookies
- Pure Pistachio Tart
- Muscovado Tart
- Pain au Chocolat
Guests will have the chance to buy copies of the book, as well as Philip’s limited-edition Khoury’s Matcha and Pistachio Chocolate bars – always very popular.
The bakes will be available from 9am until they are sold out.
Lannan opened in Stockbridge in July 2023, and is the first bakery from Darcie Maher. It is known for Darcie’s signature bakes, from classic viennoiserie to custard slices, pains suisses and cardamom buns, as well as limited-run creations using local and seasonal produce.
