Two Pines Coffee Shop now open in The Glencorse Centre, Auchendinny
Two Pines, a new neighbourhood coffee shop offering specialty coffee, cakes, pastries, and lunch options has recently opened its doors at The Glencorse Centre in Auchendinny. After a few weeks of renovation works, the transformed space now offers a warm, inviting spot for locals and visitors to relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks.
The café features a curated menu including specialty coffee from Rafiki Coffee, freshly baked pastries, bakes and scones and a lunch selection from their in-house Chef Pam.
“We’re thrilled to finally be open and to be a part of this great community,” said Chris and Tessa, owners of Two Pines. “It’s been really great chatting to passers-by during renovation and we’re really excited to have somewhere to welcome them now. Our goal is to create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy great specialty coffee, amazing food, and good company. We’re so happy to be working with Kate, Azim and all the volunteers at The Glencorse Centre in this stunning location. It’s already such a great place and we hope our coffee shop will add to that further.”
The Glencorse Centre is a small, charity-run community centre based in Auchendinny. Their overarching aim is to help to build, encourage and sustain lasting connections within the community and beyond. Their site includes football fields, a community garden and a community hall and they run classes and events every week.
Kate, the Glencorse Centre manager said: “I’m delighted to welcome Tessa, Chris, Pam, and the rest of the wonderful team from Two Pines as they set up their permanent home at the Glencorse Centre. Getting to know them throughout the renovation process has been a real pleasure, and we are confident that our community will love having this very special coffee shop right on their doorstep.
“From the earliest discussions about this exciting opportunity to today’s reality, I’ve always felt that Two Pines would be the perfect fit for both the space and our community. They bring vibrancy, warmth, and a super friendly atmosphere – a true home-from-home for old and new community members alike. Everyone who visits will feel genuinely welcome.”

Two Pines will be open 9am-5pm, everyday except Tuesdays.
