Hibs captain Joelle Murray will be a special guest on Hibs TV for Saturday’s first game of the Premiership season.

Last week the club  unveiled the line-up for the new campaign and a new-look Hibs TV – with experienced broadcaster David Tanner joining former striker Tam McManus, alongside chief commentator Cliff Pike.

Joelle will join David and Tam in the studio for the big match build-up, half-time analysis and full-time reaction – offering her expert insight for the visit of Kilmarnock.

A born and bred Hibs’ fan Joelle said: “I’m delighted to get the chance to be part of the new Hibs TV team for the launch of The Match and even more excited to help kick off the new season.

“We all love the club and I don’t think any of us ever took it for granted, but the last few months have demonstrated what a big part Hibernian plays in our life.

“It might be a while before everything’s back to normal – and that can’t come soon enough – but, in the meantime, there’s a team to cheer on again.”

The club will be sending out more information this week about how season ticket holders can log in for their free Hibs TV membership.
