Australian Josh McCrae scored a double and 15-year-old Matthew Hughson claimed his first goal for the senior side as the Edinburgh combine dominated the game.
In the Capital, Jack Jamieson claimed a treble as Edinburgh University marched into the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup with a 6-1 win over Grdonians who are fourth in Division Two.
The students found the stuffy defence of the Aberdeen side difficult to break down but were 2-0 ahead at the break.
They upped the pace in the second-half to outgun the visitors to Peffermill with four goals.
Their other marksmen were Guy Rowston, Kevin Wong and Costas Stylianou. Adam Walker netted the consolation for the Aberdeen side late on.
And Dundee-based Grove Menzieshill, who are second in the Premiership, whipped Perthshire, who are sixth in Division Two, 11-2 at Kilgraston School while Western Wildcats edged West of Scotland rivals Hillhead 2-1 at Anniesland.
