The Hibs Development Squad has been strengthened with the addition of two new faces.

Dino Leddie, a 17-year-old centre-back, has agreed a two-year contract after leaving Hearts.

The teenager will move on loan to Gala Fairydean Rovers but will still be eligible to feature for the Development Squad in the club’s specially arranged games programme, following the decision to withdraw from the SPFL Reserve League, and train daily at the Hibernian Training Centre.

Hibs have also received clearance from the Scottish FA to bring in goalkeeper Joshua Rae following the injury sustained by regular keeper Paddy Martin in the recent match with Linlithgow Rose.

Rae, 18, was previously on the books of Hamilton, Celtic and Leeds United.
