Peek-A-Boo Nursery in Parkgrove Loan got a very good report from Education Scotland following a recent inspection.
The inspectors praised the headteacher at the independent school for her ‘strong and positive leadership’ and her ‘passion and commitment’.
The pupils were described as confident, enthusiastic and knowledgeable who are ‘making good progress in their learning’.
There is only one point to note in the report now published and which has been shared with The City of Edinburgh Council and the nursery school.
That is a suggestion that the school should continue, as they plan to, to monitor and evaluate the service to ensure ongoing improvement. They also suggest a more streamlined approach to ‘observations and next steps in learning’.
