Callum Boyd claimed a treble as Murrayfield Racers whipped Dundee Tigers 12-0 in the Stuart Robertson Cup when the sides last met.

They square-up again in Dundee at 7.45pm on Saturday in the Scottish National League.

And Racers return to Murrayfield for their first home game since October when they host Solway Sharks in the National Ice Hockey League, North Cup. Face-off here is 6pm

Elsewhere, Fife Flyers coaching staff are fully aware of the alternations since Tom Barrasso, a former National Hockey League All-star, arrived at The House of Steel.

He joined the much-decorated Yorkshire combine after three successful years on the Continent.

Flyers go into Saturdayā€™s game ā€“ face-off here is 7.15pm – with a full roster.
And they are currently in second spot in the 11-strong Elite League with three straight wins.

Steelers, who were bottom early in the campaign before they started to climb the table, are eighth.

Meanwhile, misfiring Dundee Stars, who have lost their last three games, are at mid-table Coventry Blaze on Saturday.
