Today is the first council meeting after the summer recess. It takes place in the City Chambers amid the last few days of the Fringe, only one of the several festivals taking place in the city this month.
Reporting from the floor of the City Chambers we hope to bring you some of the highs and lows as they happen. This is the only time that all 63 councillors meet together to discuss matters relating to the capital.
