Take a boat trip along the Firth of Forth and meet the engineering superheroes behind the Forth Bridge, Forth Road Bridge and The Queensferry Crossing.

A wonderful family day out, this 90-minute boat trip on the Maid of Forth, will both depart on Thursday 23 August 2018 from Hawes Pier, South Queensferry at 6:30 pm.

It is hoped that the trip will inspire the next generation of civil engineers by explaining how the bridges were built and the positive effects these bridges have on people’s lives.

The event is run by members from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) as part of their 200th-anniversary celebrations. There will be invisible superheroes goodies to give away for your budding engineers so book fast.
