Edinburgh based Eden Scott announced its appointment as the single supplier for all of Scottish Water’s scientific roles across their laboratories in Scotland. This agreement, which was awarded as part of Scottish Water’s new resource framework, will run for the next four years with the option to extend for a further four.
The Manufacturing Science and Technology team, led by Associate Director Keith Tocher, successfully negotiated a rigorous procurement process that ultimately resulted in a reduction in the number of suppliers across a range of categories. Eden Scott were also successful in securing Tier Two status on all Scottish Water’s other lots covering the wider business.
Having worked with Scottish Water since 2012 it was reassuring for the team to know they will continue to support the organisation as they grow and develop by sourcing the very best talent on the market. The nature of the work means some of the locations can be remote but it’s a challenge the team have particularly enjoyed and are looking forward to delivering on for the foreseeable future.
