This Wednesday it will be home and interiors items which go under the hammer at Bonhams.

The sale begins at 10.00am and we think there are a couple of ideal Christmas gifts among the lots.

Items include:

• A large and impressive model of the Russian ship, Admiral Oushavov. Named after the Russian Admiral Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov, the ship took part in the battle of Tsushima in May 1905, the decisive encounter of the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05. Two-thirds of the Russian fleet was destroyed in the greatest naval battle since Trafalgar in 1805. The Admiral Oushavov was hit several times and eventually scuttled.

• A dapple grey rocking horse complete with saddle and bridle to wow your little darlings on Christmas morning. Well at least it doesn’t need to be fed

The HOME & Interiors Sale will be held on Wednesday 15 November 2017 at 22 Queen Street.
