Neil Lennon’s assistant Garry Parker is expecting a tough game against Dumbarton at the Cheaper Insurance Direct Stadium tomorrow but he is determined to keep the fans happy with a victory.

Hibs have sold all their tickets to the game and Parker is delighted with the backing.

He also revealed that Kris Commons is due to have discussions regarding his future after the game and suggested that Fraser Fyvie may be fit enough to earn a place on the bench.

Parker told Hibernian TV: “It was a great result against Dundee United, but this is a different type of game going away to Dumbarton.

“Conditions might be bad, it’s a small pitch and they’ll be in our faces. It’s up to us to plough on and get the three points.

“Dundee United have been there and got beat but we are looking forward to the game. We are in a good place so we will go there and give it our best shot.

“We had John McGinn back on Friday and he came on and scored a goal and Fraser Fyvie might be on the bench. We will see how he is after training.

“Chris Commons will also be in the squad and he will have discussions with the manager after the game about his future.

“We have good fans. Sometimes we don’t play that well and they get right behind us. We want to keep them happy and keep winning and stay at the top of the league and that will keep them happy.
