Although All Bar One has been open at Edinburgh Airport for a few weeks the official opening today involved cocktail masterclasses and dancing.
A flash mob was created by the young people from JazzArt UK Dance School from Motherwell who danced their socks off with a few back flips flung in.
Director of JazzArt UK Sheridan Nicol accompanied the youngsters who performed in the Departure Lounge by Gate 6 where All Bar One is now situated. She explained that the students are all studying dance and performance arts and had just completed not one but two panto performances earlier in the day!

All Bar One is the third in Edinburgh and created 20 new jobs at the airport. There is plenty of space with a casual dining area made up of circular booths for larger groups. Most seats have built-in power sockets so that you can recharge your phone’s battery at the same time as your own.
The all day fare includes everything from brunch to late night snacks and you can use your All Bar One Loyalty App to collect rewards. All Bar One is open from 5am till midnight every day.
