JesperArin-Evil

After last year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe sell-out show Beethoven in Stalingrad, Jesper Arin is back with solo-show Evil.

Twenty years ago, Erik was sent off to the prestigious boarding school Stjärnsberg. Freed from an abusive past, he dreamt of starting anew.

Arriving at Stjärnsberg, Erik is determined to leave the violent past behind and focus on his education. But as the other children start picking on his new best friend Pierre, the school’s traditions force Eric to make a choice – keeping quite and saving himself or, by opposing the system, jeopardizing his own future.

The play is based on the award-winning bestseller by Jan Guillou, whose writing is considered the reason why the real ”Stjärnsberg” was shut down.
