“The kettle is boiling” for Tracey as she become one of the first in the UK to offer tea and coffee with proven health & weight loss benefits to consumer and trade markets
An experienced life & business coach, she will also mentor others joining the business
With over 20 years experience in the UK diet and wellness industry, Tracey Fisken from Edinburgh was well placed to spot a fantastic new business opportunity, which is not only bringing something new to the marketplace, but enabling her to use her considerable business mentoring and coaching skills to great effect.
She has created a new company called Practically Slim Scotland. It is one of only a handful of UK distribution firms selling certified organic and caffeine free Iaso tea and Delgada coffee with proven health and weight loss benefits. The products have only been in the UK since July, but as Tracey explains, the opportunity to get on board with these products, combined with other product ranges she stocks,r stock, was too good to miss, and has created a very unique company.
Creating a one stop shop
“ I come from a background selling and distributing weight loss products,” said Tracey. “I rose to management level, becoming a fully qualified business and lifestyle coach along the way, as I wanted to push myself to the max. I not only coached my clients to succeed, I coached others to join us and run their own businesses too.”
Tracey added: “Practically Slim is a one stop shop, it’s my vision realised of a company where you can cover everything for your customer from effective products to help you look and feel better, including targeted and supported weight loss, to health and beauty to skincare products.”
“I feel it’s not enough nowadays to just sell products, no matter how good they are, I want to take a top to toe approach so I have a beauty therapist too who offers treatments for clients directly from my premises,” said Tracey.
Forget milk & sugar.. add some business mentoring to your morning cuppa…
Practically Slim will provide Tracey with the opportunity to coach others in business, something which has given her enormous satisfaction throughout her career.
“Selling a proven product range such as Iaso Tea can be for people at all stages of life,” said Tracey. “You don’t have to have any experience at all as I will help you and give you all the tools that you need. I hold training sessions for those I recruit and one to one mentoring and coaching sessions.”
She continued: “It’s not just for stay at home mums or homemakers looking to earn a bit of extra cash, this is a readymade business with a web shop and 50% commission available on everyone they sign up. I have a retired teacher who has recently come on board with me as a Distributor. This is now a ready made business opportunity for Joyce who was, and still is, a former client for me. It’s not just for women either, we have men who are making a huge success out of this too. It’s not a pyramid selling scheme in any way. You actually get paid weekly from us so it’s a very regular way of earning money for yourself.”
Said Joyce: “I am delighted to be on board with this. I believe in the products myself as I have been using the tea and coffee for a few months now and I take some of the other Practically Slim products too, namely the NRG tablets and the Resolution drops. It’s a system which works best together, although you can start with some products and add others as you go along.”
“I am not a huge drinker of tea or coffee but it is very palatable and I particularly like the tea because you can have it cold. I lost eight and a half pounds in the very first week. It’s not just the weight loss – the tea has had a significant effect on my digestive system. I have a history of constipation and it has really helped me in that respect. I feel like I have more energy too,” she said.
Finished Joyce: “I have started distributing the products to my friends and family to build up my own client base. The business fits in with my childcare duties for my young granddaughter. I would recommend both the products and taking it on as a small business to anyone as it’s not hard to do – it’s a win, win situation, both from the benefit to your own health and from obtaining a regular weekly income.”
“Tracey has been so supportive, and I know I can count on her for advice.”
Tracey said: “In just four weeks I have recruited 100 new distributors, so this business has a great deal of potential.”
