A quantity of amphetamine and herbal cannabis, valued at £1000, was also discovered at the property.

A 38 year old man and a 37 year old man are appearing at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today.

Area Commander Mark Rennie said: “Drug dealing is one of the crime problems which concerns local residents the most in East Edinburgh. It’s one of our agreed local ward priorities and we have been doing a lot of activity around it over the last few months as part of Operation Wolf. This substantial recovery of class A Drugs in the Niddrie area yesterday will ensure that local drug dealers understand our continued commitment to targeting the problem”.
