Joan Carter is the Green Party candidate for Liberton/Gilmerton Ward.
Joan has worked as a Community Mediator for the past ten years. With an Environmental Science background, she is a long-standing Green. She has lived in Edinburgh for 23 years with her husband, daughter and allotment.
