The Development Management Sub-Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 July 2011 at 10.00 am in the City Chambers.
There will be a report by the Head Of Planning on a forthcoming application by Springfield Properties plc for a residential development of 90 units on land at Beaverhall Road.
A report will be produced to the committee by the Head of Planning on the erection of a single storey building with metal profiled roof at 16 Greendykes Road.
Lanark Road West – there will be discussion of the possible erection of a 15m tall monopole supporting vodafone/02 antenna report by Head of Planning with recommendation that application be refused.
