This morning The City of Edinburgh Planning Local Review Body are to meet in the City Chambers at 9.00am. The agenda is below

The first item under scrutiny is the continued case of a farmhouse in Newbridge (4.1). The proposal was originally deemed unacceptable as it did not comply with the Development Plan and non-statutory guidance.
The conversion of a domestic garage to a commercial function room in a property on Colinton Road (4.2) and the introduction of new french doors and an external staircase at 31A Heriot Row (4.3) have also previously been refusedon the grounds of being contrary to the Development Plan, with the Colinton Road conversion potentially having a detrimental effect on the conservation area’s appearance according to the council.
